What you'll do

• Process consumer and business transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and negotiable instruments
• balance the cash drawer and assist with vault opening, closing, balancing, and shipments
• build customer relationships, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to suggest relevant products and services
• follow bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act
• maintain knowledge of bank offerings, fees, and processes
• answer phones, direct callers, maintain files, and perform basic clerical tasks.
