Landscaping Quality Control Supervisor

The Landscaping Quality Control Supervisor role is onsite at Key West Naval Station in Key West, FL, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Pay is $39.23 per hour. CW Resources is a mission-driven nonprofit organization that provides services intended to empower individuals and strengthen communities. The supervisor inspects landscaping work, documents findings, and guides crews in meeting quality, safety, and client requirements. By identifying deficiencies and following corrective actions through to resolution, the role supports consistent service and efficient field operations.

What you'll do

• Conduct and document daily, weekly, and project-based quality inspections
• maintain quality checklists, standards, and benchmarks
• identify deficiencies and corrective actions and follow through
• coach crews on horticulture, turf care, irrigation, equipment use, and safety
• coordinate quality expectations with project managers
• review work orders, service reports, and plans
• monitor materials, equipment, and productivity
• serve as the onsite contact for quality-related client questions
• support training and continuous improvement
• ensure environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Why this role
