What you'll do

• Manage contractor and subcontractor personnel and coordinate with Government counterparts
• document requirements and activities, monitor quality and efficiency, and resolve dependencies
• lead Tier 0–2 service desk support and oversee ticket triage, tracking, resolution, metrics, guides, and procedures
• oversee asset discovery and inventory governance
• support chargeback or showback analysis and FinOps tagging
• oversee secure server hosting and provisioning
• coordinate releases, deployments, configurations, account provisioning, network changes, and maintenance
• oversee monitoring, reporting, capacity planning, incident response, and outage escalation
• coordinate network service providers and service-level response
• support RMF and ATO/cATO evidence and compliance documentation
• coordinate operations center stand-up and sustainment
• plan staffing for 12x5 onsite operations and 24/7 on-call global support
• assist with contract-related financial and business processes.
