Fulfillment Team Lead

The Fulfillment Team Lead works onsite in Avon, IN, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with additional hours as needed. Pay is $45,593–$73,008 per year. The role supports Paxon’s Indianapolis 2 Fulfillment Center and its fulfillment operations. The Team Lead helps the department meet its goals by organizing workflow, training associates, coordinating work, and supporting safe, consistent service to customers. The role also performs fulfillment associate functions and works with supervisors to address operational issues.

What you'll do

• Plan and organize work
• train associates on processes

• help meet customer requirements and ensure compliance with company rules and guidelines
• protect associate and inventory safety and security
• coordinate with other departments
• monitor production standards and SOP adherence

• complete other duties as assigned when required.
