What you'll do

• Assign and assist team members
• maintain department standards through quality assurance surveys
• monitor and report equipment issues or shortages
• conduct customer and patient surveys
• cover for the shift supervisor when absent
• adjust or cover schedules during short staffing
• provide attentive customer service
• use personal protective equipment appropriately.
