It contributes by directing workflow, supporting technician development and performance, and maintaining repair quality, safety, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead daily Mechanical Shop operations
• recruit and retain technicians
• optimize workflow and dispatch repair orders
• monitor technician productivity and repair quality
• provide diagnostic and repair support
• maintain quality-control standards, training and Honda certifications, safety and compliance, and shop equipment.
