What you'll do

• Design and evaluate training curricula using ADDIE
• align materials with OSHA, DOE, and DOT requirements
• deliver classroom and field instruction on technical equipment and safety topics
• certify personnel on specified equipment and courses
• administer LMS registrations, schedules, and certification tracking
• audit training records
• report compliance metrics
• evaluate training effectiveness and mentor junior specialists.
