Sterile Processing Supervisor (CSPD)

What you'll do

• Supervise daily unit operations and assigned-shift workflow
• maintain CSPD technical competence
• monitor instrument availability, loaner trays, equipment maintenance, sterilization records, case cart completion, regulatory compliance, and staff adherence to standard work and safety
• coordinate staffing
• coach and develop staff
• collaborate with department leadership on quality improvement.

Why this role

Requires HSPA or CBSPD Sterile Processing Technician certification and at least three years of CSPD experience. Some college, progressive leadership experience, and CIS or equivalent certification are preferred.
