What you'll do

• Manage and motivate Field Managers and Field Technicians
• build relationships with customers, builders, and trade partners
• coordinate field operations and workload across projects
• conduct site visits to monitor progress and installation quality
• oversee schedules and budgets
• use BOLT and other tools to track project updates and audit team progress
• enforce on-site safety standards.
