What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive assessments and continuous hemodynamic monitoring
• interpret cardiac rhythms and invasive monitoring data
• titrate medications according to protocols
• care for ventilated patients and manage lines, drains, and other critical-care equipment. Participate in rounds and emergency responses, document care, communicate with families, and follow unit safety and quality practices.

Why this role
