What you'll do

• Represent financial services providers and business clients
• handle foreclosure, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, real property, and compliance matters
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
• conduct legal research and analysis
• appear in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts as appropriate
• manage assigned matters
• coordinate with attorneys and support staff
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
