What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• provide direct nursing care to medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurological patients
• supervise and delegate tasks to non-licensed nursing staff within scope
• educate patients and families
• provide emotional support
• monitor patient status and respond to changes
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
