What you'll do

• Perform on-site installations, conversions, removals, service calls, preventive maintenance, and upgrades on Ainsworth games and associated equipment. Review work orders and schematics to identify tools and parts
• provide telephone and on-site customer support
• complete service tickets for tracking and invoicing
• escalate unresolved issues
• maintain tools and equipment safely.

Why this role
