The Operations Supervisor – E-Commerce Warehouse role is onsite in Brooklyn, NY, with pay of $26–$32 per hour based on experience. BuySPRY is launching a new New York warehouse for its refurbished electronics e-commerce business. The supervisor leads daily warehouse execution and associates while maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, and efficient fulfillment. The role coordinates with headquarters and cross-functional teams to support the warehouse launch and continued growth.

What you'll do

• Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates
• set priorities and monitor productivity
• oversee receiving, inventory handling, processing, and outbound shipments
• maintain organization and safety
• conduct cycle counts and audits
• investigate discrepancies
• support inspection, grading, refurbishment, and quality control
• improve workflows
• track operating metrics
• and coordinate with headquarters and internal teams.
