What you'll do

• Manage procurement of owner-furnished equipment for data center projects
• maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and specialty suppliers
• track production, shipping, and site delivery
• support bid packages, competitive sourcing, RFIs and RFPs, proposal reviews, and vendor negotiations
• coordinate technical requirements and procurement schedules with project teams
• monitor commitments, cost impacts, change orders, and exposure
• help resolve delivery and commissioning issues
• prepare closeout documentation and warranty onboarding.
