Service and Maintenance Technician

Job overview

Service and Maintenance Technician is an onsite role in Kirkwood, MO. The stated pay range is $25–$28 per hour. The position reports to the Production Manager at Mosby Building Arts. The technician assesses residential properties, documents conditions and recommendations, and coordinates handyman work while occasionally completing related repairs. The role helps clients understand home maintenance needs and supports timely repairs and small improvements.

What you'll do

• Assess residential properties for maintenance issues
• document findings with reports, photographs, and repair or improvement recommendations using CRM and other software
• explain home conditions and immediate concerns to clients
• perform minor repairs and routine maintenance such as changing filters, replacing light fixtures, caulking, drywall patching, and basic carpentry
• coordinate schedules with clients and craftspeople
• communicate service updates
• follow safety procedures.
