What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train part-time collection employees
• set attendance, safety, service, and communication expectations
• coach employees and address performance issues
• plan backup coverage
• respond to call-offs and service interruptions
• visit properties and audit service
• assist with collection when needed
• communicate with property managers
• maintain payroll, service reports, and employee documentation
• coordinate new community launches.
