What you'll do

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, community involvement, and lead follow-up
• conduct needs-based conversations
• explain personal and commercial insurance solutions
• prepare quotes and present coverage recommendations
• follow up with prospects
• maintain a sales pipeline in the agency CRM
• meet monthly sales and activity goals
• develop referral partnerships
• provide a consultative customer experience through policy issuance
• stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
