What you'll do

• Identify maintenance issues and repair or report them
• perform repairs using diagrams and manuals
• inspect electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• repair building structures, flooring, doors, windows, and drywall
• perform minor construction, plumbing, landscaping, janitorial, and welding tasks
• complete preventive maintenance and facility walkthroughs
• communicate with vendors and customers
• coordinate work schedules and project phases with the Facility Supervisor
• follow safety procedures and TOSHA standards.
