What you'll do

• Operate and maintain diagnostic X-ray equipment
• perform exams according to radiation safety standards
• position and assist patients
• shield patients from unnecessary radiation
• follow provider orders
• assess image clarity and laterality
• enter patient information and maintain required documentation
• transfer images and prepare CDs
• coordinate quarterly equipment inspections
• maintain a clean, sanitized room and follow HIPAA guidelines.
