What you'll do

• Maintain recordkeeping for the Quality Department, monitor Good Manufacturing Practices, verify cooler and freezer temperatures, perform environmental swabs, obtain Chef Table samples, assist with training, conduct workstation inspections, verify portion control, and maintain HACCP logs.
