Database Administrator — Onsite

What you'll do

• Install, configure, patch, and upgrade SQL Server instances
• manage storage and database structures
• monitor and tune performance
• design, test, and execute backup and recovery policies
• implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions
• administer Azure SQL and SQL Server on Azure Virtual Machines
• manage role-based access, permissions, and encryption
• support developers with schema design and code reviews
• automate maintenance using T-SQL, PowerShell, or command-line scripts
• document procedures and standards
• provide Tier III resolution and mentorship. Assigned response-team duties may require 24/7 operations at remote locations.
