What you'll do

• Help customers identify parts, diagnose issues, and select products
• take counter orders, answer product questions, and process payments
• troubleshoot plumbing, heating, HVAC, and boiler problems and interpret fault codes and system symptoms
• explain troubleshooting steps and refer work to licensed professionals when appropriate
• mentor junior associates
• share product, manufacturer, and code updates
• collaborate on inventory needs and customer feedback
• assist with receiving and organizing inventory.
