What you'll do

• Manage insurance defense litigation from initial evaluation through resolution
• develop case strategy and client recommendations
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other litigation documents
• conduct and defend depositions
• participate in hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and other proceedings
• communicate case evaluations and updates to clients
• manage deadlines, discovery, experts, and litigation strategy
• collaborate on complex matters
• assist with trial preparation and courtroom responsibilities.
