Home Health Aide (CHHA) – Full-Time / Part-Time

Job overview

The Home Health Aide (CHHA) position is onsite in Clementon, NJ; pay is $16–$17 per hour. Stand Out Home Care is a home care agency hiring certified aides to provide care to clients. The aide follows nurse-provided care plans while assisting clients with daily living, personal care, and mobility. The role also provides companionship, household support, medication reminders, and timely reporting and documentation to help maintain continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• provide medication reminders
• follow nurse-provided care plans
• report changes in client condition
• maintain accurate and timely documentation.
