Couples and Family Therapist

What you'll do

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses
• create and implement treatment plans
• complete ongoing documentation, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
• provide individual, couples, and family therapy
• coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, school staff, and colleagues
• attend clinical meetings and training
• maintain a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full-time status.
