What you'll do

• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and procedures
• obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and health information
• prepare and sanitize treatment areas
• collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing and other procedures within scope
• administer medications and treatments as permitted by regulations and facility policy
• maintain medical records
• schedule appointments
• monitor and stock supplies
• assist with intake screenings, health assessments, chronic care clinics, and emergencies
• follow security procedures and confidentiality requirements.
