Project Manager / Scrum Master

What you'll do

• Create and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and delivery timelines
• coordinate development, QA, cloud, security, and operations teams
• track progress, risks, issues, scope, and cost and communicate status
• champion process and reporting improvements
• facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• support backlog organization and readiness with Business Analysts and Product Owners
• guide teams transitioning to structured Scrum
• monitor work in Azure DevOps and support ticket-based developer work
• coordinate release planning
• ensure compliance with VDOT and VITA project management guidelines.
