Marketing Manager — Home Health

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support Home Health Marketers
• develop referral, admission, and census-growth strategies
• train marketers in field marketing and account development
• review activity and performance
• create improvement plans
• assist with difficult accounts and referral barriers
• conduct coaching and team meetings
• coordinate with leadership and operations
• develop marketing materials and campaigns
• participate in community and referral-source events
• travel to agency locations or markets as needed.
