The Dishwasher / Prep Cook role is onsite in Waialua, HI. Pay is $16.25–$18 per hour, with hours varying up to 30 hours per week. The position supports meal preparation, service, and cleanup for applicable Camp Erdman programs operated by the YMCA of Honolulu. Under the Food Service Director’s supervision, the role assists with food preparation and serving and maintains clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and dining areas. Following health department, CDC, and YMCA sanitation standards helps ensure safe food service for camp programs.

What you'll do

• Prepare and assist in serving food under the shift manager’s supervision

• follow sanitation standards set by the Hawaii State Department of Health, CDC, YMCA of Honolulu, and Camp Erdman Food Service Director

Why this role

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, complete a TB test, and pass a background check before hire. A high school diploma and approved Hawaii Food Handler course are preferred. The position does not include housing.
