What you'll do

• Welcome clients and answer questions about classes, memberships, and retail products
• sell memberships, class packages, private sessions, and retail items
• conduct outreach, studio tours, and client onboarding
• make 50 or more outbound calls daily to warm leads, trial guests, and former members
• support retention, referrals, and member events
• assist with scheduling, calls, email, transactions, and studio operations
• promote events and offers.
