Residential Coordinator – Overnight Shift

The Residential Coordinator – Overnight Shift works onsite in San Diego, CA, for $21–$26 per hour. The schedule is Thursday–Monday or Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. The role supports PATH’s Interim Housing Services; PATH reports helping an average of 23 people per week find a place to live. The coordinator helps maintain a safe, stable, and welcoming environment for interim housing guests. The role supports case managers and participants, maintains program spaces, and works with operations colleagues to meet guests’ basic needs and support their individualized goals.

What you'll do

• Support case managers and program participants in pursuing goals in individualized service plans
• monitor and maintain interim housing floors
• help keep participant spaces organized and clean
• provide hygiene needs
• collaborate with case management and operations teams to maintain a clean and safe facility.
