Field Operations Assistant

The assistant visits partner school sites to check program quality and compliance, support live classroom operations, and coordinate lesson plans and records. The role helps ensure programs run smoothly and meet operational and educational standards across assigned sites.

What you'll do

• Use experience with ASES and ELOP guidelines to support regulatory and operational compliance
• visit partner schools during designated hours to oversee programs and support classroom operations
• manage lesson-plan creation, tracking, and review
• attend weekly alignment meetings and build a site-visit schedule
• maintain records, sign-out sheets, and session documentation
• handle confidential school and student information securely.
