What you'll do

• Set up and run production machinery and ATE test handlers
• load device trays or tubes
• monitor jam rates, clean contacts, and clear mechanical jams
• inspect die surfaces, bond wires, and package leads under optical microscopes
• record pass/fail yields, scrap counts, and test data in MES/ERP systems
• flag low-yield lots to quality and product engineers.
