What you'll do

• Monitor weather and snow/ice forecasts

• train and coach team members
• manage dispatch materials, routes, equipment, and supplies
• assign and supervise field work during storms
• document incidents and post-event reviews
• update the Snow Dispatcher
• and verify completed properties meet company standards.
