What you'll do
- Coordinate daily priorities with shift leaders and support area KPI execution, safety audits, and best-known methods across shifts. Lead continuous improvement projects and meetings
- analyze process and equipment data to identify root causes
- respond to SPC conditions and coordinate complex work requests, experiments, and tickets. Support lot disposition, equipment recovery, quality-impact follow-up, capacity and queue-time optimization, and automation of manual processes using Smart Manufacturing tools.
