Community Resource Advocate II — Utility Assistance, Bilingual

What you'll do

• Interview Washington County households to determine utility assistance eligibility
• process payments from funding sources according to guidelines
• negotiate with utility and fuel providers regarding service disconnections, restoration, or fuel delivery
• enter client information and payments into databases
• maintain confidential records
• provide information on energy conservation, utility policy, payment plans, and community services
• participate in outreach and enrollment events.

Why this role
