• perform patching, vulnerability remediation, compliance reporting, upgrades, and software deployments
• troubleshoot system issues
• manage Group Policy Objects
• develop PowerShell scripts
• support AWS services
• build Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible
• maintain documentation and operational procedures
• collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams.
