Director of Supply Chain Management

The role aligns demand, capacity, inventory, and cost goals while building scalable processes and leading the supply chain team.

What you'll do

• Lead supply chain execution across multiple manufacturing sites
• establish demand planning and S&OP processes
• align plans with customer demand, capacity, and financial goals
• own ingredient and packaging sourcing strategy
• lead procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics
• oversee forecasting, scheduling, warehousing, 3PL partners, and delivery
• track KPIs
• use ERP/MRP systems
• implement scalable processes
• build and develop the supply chain team.
