The School-Based Therapist works onsite at area schools in Council Bluffs, IA, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Pay is $73,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience, with additional productivity bonus opportunities. The therapist is part of a community health center resource team. The therapist provides behavioral health care in school settings and contributes to the health center’s integrated services for the community. The role supports patients through therapy and coordinated care alongside the school-based and clinic provider teams.

What you'll do

• Provide behavioral health therapy in area schools
• see an average of 4–6 patients per day
• work with the school-based therapist and nurse practitioner and the broader clinic team
• use the Ochin Epic EHR.

Why this role
