The role also observes and documents client conditions and reports changes to a supervisor.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, walking, and transfers
• observe physical, mental, and emotional conditions and report or document changes
• provide medication reminders to support self-administration
• prepare meals, wash dishes, do laundry, shop, and perform household chores
• provide companionship, socialization, and transportation
• report incidents, problems, emergencies, or changes in condition
• maintain work records and use equipment safely.
