What you'll do

• Integrate electronic hardware, software, and firmware
• troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software
• interpret site surveys
• gather trace information and analyze equipment problems
• recommend and implement solutions
• meet shipping deadlines tied to installation schedules
• work with Product Support on diagnoses and engineering changes
• monitor product specifications for regulatory compliance
• perform onsite installations, surveys, and support when needed
• assist customers with equipment configuration and programming
• train distributors and new employees
• contribute to technical manuals and web updates
• provide after-hours support on an on-call rotation when applicable.
