The role guides subcontractors and manages sequencing, field quality, safety, documentation, and turnover.

What you'll do

• Provide daily field oversight from mobilization through final polish, sealing, and turnover. Direct terrazzo installation subcontractors and manage manpower, production, sequencing, and schedule adherence. Oversee terrazzo systems and restoration work. Verify substrate readiness and coordinate corrective work. Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and NTMA guidelines. Coordinate mockups and sample approvals
• manage quality checkpoints, GC relationships, safety, daily documentation, punch-list completion, and final turnover.

Why this role
