• Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team

• partner with Product on AI opportunities
• provide technical judgment across architecture, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, security, reliability, and scalability
• manage execution and communicate progress, risks, capacity, and tradeoffs
• contribute to company strategy and cross-functional alignment.
