What you'll do

• Greet guests
• answer questions and enter guest information into the database
• explain loyalty card programs and rewards
• enroll customers, update information, and issue cards
• communicate property-wide promotions and events
• assist with event setup and closeout
• prepare registration materials
• comply with regulatory, departmental, and company policies
• maintain confidentiality
• may assist with issuing box office tickets.
