What you'll do

• Lead 1–2 supervisors and up to 100 warehouse staff on the assigned shift
• support productivity, quality, safety, and on-time shipping targets
• coordinate shift plans and labor sharing
• communicate policies and updates across shifts
• track attendance and approve timecards
• coach and train associates
• address employee relations matters with HR
• monitor productivity and recommend improvements
• administer progressive discipline
• promote safety and company policies
• use warehouse management software to track and resolve order issues. Overtime is required during peak season, and schedule flexibility may be needed for management coverage.
