What you'll do

• Support monetization strategy for app, web, and browser extension
• manage customer relationship journeys from acquisition through win-back
• improve sign-up flows and product features
• manage marketing systems including Needle and Braze
• develop campaign strategy and briefs
• measure and iterate campaigns
• translate platform and customer data into go-to-market strategy
• partner with Growth, Business Development, and Product.
