Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Flex in Bismarck, ND. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour, plus a $25,000 sign-on bonus. Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of service to seniors. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. This role involves collaboration with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care, demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing expertise.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Provide age and population specific care.
• Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, and provide resident education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
• Maintain required department specific competencies and certifications.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Experience

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
