What you'll do

• Conduct intake, remove and secure personal items, book, photograph, and fingerprint individuals, and check criminal histories and outstanding warrants
• oversee detention and release
• monitor incarcerated individuals’ safety and well-being
• arrange transportation and feeding for court appearances and complete arrest forms
• maintain attendance and perform related duties as assigned.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, one to three years of experience or equivalent preparation, a valid Class C driver’s license, and successful background and drug screening. Emergency Management and Incident Command Training must be completed within the first three months after hire. Night or weekend work may be required.
