Job overview
The Development Program and Xcel Team Coach is a part-time, onsite position in Franklin, WI; compensation is $18–$26 per hour. What you'll do
- Coach Development Program athletes and assist with Xcel team practices
- teach gymnastics shapes, strength, flexibility, and technique
- implement safe progressions on vault, bars, beam, and floor
- help prepare athletes for competition
- support team culture
- attend occasional competitions as needed.
